Sanchez is a dedicated advocate for equine-assisted therapy and a highly accomplished professional. With a passion for horses since childhood, she founded Heavenly Hooves, now known as McCormick Research Institute, in 2002. The institute works with individuals of all ages and disabilities, including those with physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges. The organization has grown into a world-renowned center, serving over 25,000 riders.
Beyond her leadership at McCormick Research Institute, Sanchez is a passionate advocate for community engagement. She has served on numerous boards and committees and is a sought-after speaker.
Sanchez holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Rollins College, a Master's Degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida, and a Doctorate in Business from Rollins Crummer School of Business.
